Looks like a neat program. I have a few that I play with, but prefer Wordpress as a platform for this type site. I was very disappointed with 1and1's web tools for easy site creation. Very easy to use, but oh so slow. 1and1's hosting is still my preferred, but I will use other web tools for site creation.

I have one abandoned site on yahoo but its a pain for people to find it and it takes forever to type in the url. I have used 1and1 before for my dad's company since I am their IT director :) but we just recently bought Web Easy Professional 7 to use instead of 1and1, and yeah 1and1's prices are quite reasonable.

I use 1and1.com as my host and it is fairly reasonable. I host four sites so it was the best option for me. I used Blogger for a while and know a lot of people who use the free versions of Wordpress and Typepad. I think Yahoo offers domain hosting as well, but I am not familiar with it or their policies.

Do you have to pay anything for this site? I have been trying to find some free internet site that actually gives me a .com name so I can put some of my photography pictures online.

One can not be required to answer a question that would prove their guilt (self-incrimination). You've heard the phrase "take the fifth" right? It also grants the right of due process, following legal procedure and having your Miranda rights explained.

Judicial review does not indicate a freedom to interpret how it wants. It means they have a right to review for constitutionality. Judicial review was actually established by a Supreme Court case and involves a very loose interpretation of the 4th. We will certainly be discussing it further, but for now take note of the search and seizure portion.

I think you are misinterpreting the explanation. Carefully read the text of the 5th amendment and look up the words you are not familiar with. People can not be made to testify against themselves. It puts limits upon law enforcement (requiring rights to be read) and allows for jury trial. Anyone accuse of a crime is entitled to due process. It protects against being tried for the same crime twice.

I had a question about the handout. On one it says that Amendment 5 is about seach and seizure. The one entitled "Bill of Rights Explained" says that Amendment 5 is where the Supreme Court can interpret laws the way it wants. Which one is right? Thanks. I also like the website. It is very helpful.
